The American Chiropractic Association Sports Council named Kelly Lange its ‘Sports Chiropractor of the Year’

A longtime Ashland chiropractor and sports medicine specialist has been recognized as the 2025 Sports Chiropractor of the Year by the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council.
Last month the council presented Kelly Lange, an Ashland chiropractor, with the national award during its annual symposium in Kansas City, according to a news release.
The award honored Lange, owner of Hands on Wellness in Ashland, for her “outstanding work in sports chiropractic care and athletic medicine.”
Lange is the 10th woman to receive the award, the press release noted.
Lange is a Southern Oregon native who graduated from Ashland High School before moving on to Palmer College, where she earned her chiropractic degree.
During her career, Lange has served as the medical director for the Pine to Palm 100 ultra-marathon, participated on medical teams for the Olympic Trials and U.S. Open of Surfing, and has lectured nationally about sports medicine.
“I love being part of the journey of the athlete and using my skills to help them reach their goals,” Lange said. “It’s a team effort.”
