Ashland High School Theatre presents ‘Wizard of Oz’ musical Saturday

Shows continue in the first week of December to kick off the holiday season

Flying monkeys, ruby red slippers, and a wicked witch – Oh my!

The casts of Ashland High School Theatre are about to take you to see the “Wizard – The Wizard of Oz!” 

Shows continue with performances at 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, after opening Thursday, Nov. 19.

After taking Thanksgiving week off the yellow brick road, Dorothy and crew are again off to see the wizard at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights Dec. 4, 5 and 6, plus a 2 p.m. show Saturday, Dec. 6.

For tickets, $20 for adults and $15 for students and seniors, click here.

Shows are free for Ashland School District employees, Thespian members, and children 5 and under.

The theater program is still looking for Ashland High School students to usher for the program. Those who participate will be eligible to earn community service hours and can see the show for free.
