Scouts serve free breakfast for veterans Saturday morning at the Elks Lodge

All city of Ashland offices will close Friday, Nov. 10, in observance of Veterans Day, which falls on Saturday, Nov. 11, the city announced on its website on Thursday. 

A free-for-veterans Veterans Day breakfast organized and served by Scouts from Troop No. 112 and No. 8112 is set for  7 to 11 a.m. Saturday downstairs at the Ashland Elks Lodge, 255 East Main St., Ashland. Donations are welcome from nonveterans.
