A Conversation About Community Compost

Community Compost Coalition will be making a presentation at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at the Ashland Library in the Gresham Room.

The Community Compost Coalition’s mission is to change how local food-scraps are managed from Ashland to Medford by diverting them from landfills and water treatment facilities, where they generate green house gas emissions or water pollution, and instead delivering the food scraps to small – local farms, where they will be composted to restore soil health and support farm operations.

Growth in Community Compost happens with Community Support. Join us and be part of the conversation.

“Community Compost puts more life into both the soil and the Community”
