Amani Yoga – Yoga for Every Body

Yoga for Every Body is a great practice for levels of experience focusing on physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Participants progress at their own pace promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

Register at ashlandoregon.gov/register

$72 for a session or $18 per class. Select specific days and times you’d like to join Yoga for Every Body by using the DROP-IN registration option or sign up for a whole SESSION of 4 classes.

Saturday Classes are from 12:30pm – 1:45pm at the Grove in Ashland.

Women’s basketball: SOU wins handily in first round of national tournament

For the fourth year in a row, the Southern Oregon women’s basketball team is through to the second round of the NAIA National Tournament. In Friday night’s 86-52 first-round win over UC Merced at Lithia Motors Pavilion, the Raiders made it look routine.
