Change Your Breath, Change Your Life with Nikki Clifton

Are you stressed out and overwhelmed? Are you feeling stuck in your old patterns? Are past traumas weighing you down? In this presentation, learn how to tap the power of your breath and create change in your body, mind and spirit.

Breathing is a fundamental aspect of our existence, yet often overlooked as a powerful tool for upleveling physical, mental and emotional health. It has been scientifically proven that changing your breath, from simple self-care exercises to transformational guided journeys, is a safe and effective way to help a variety of challenges and can be instrumental for stress & anxiety reduction, immune function enhancement, improving sleep quality, changing limiting beliefs, trauma release, and expanding consciousness.

Learn how ancient wisdom has combined with modern understanding to create a comprehensive and effective system that caters to individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. You will learn how to calculate your breath ‘score’ and go home with simple tricks and tips you can do at work, while driving, watching TV and even while sleeping, to improve your health and well-being.
Nikki will introduce you to her exclusive offering of the revolutionary 9D Breath Experience, the ‘silent disco’ of breathwork. These evolutionary 9D multi-dimensional sound journeys use somatic breathwork, guided vocal coaching, binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, 432 Hz harmonic tuning, isochronic brainwave tones, subliminal hypnotic therapy, and curated world-class music to tap into your deepest potential and unleash the boundless energy within.

Nikki Clifton’s adventuresome spirit has led her on a path with many twists and turns; from being a land surveyor and ski instructor in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, to becoming a licensed acupuncturist and music festival/wellness conference producer. A slight left turn in her journey landed her at RVML as an event coordinator/manager in 2017.

During the pandemic, she picked up the book “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispenza here at RVML, which created another twist in her path. She dove into the work, becoming an avid student and daily meditator. At her first Dr. Joe event in 2020, she was reminded of the power of breathwork to transform lives, which she was first introduced to about 20 years ago. She has since enjoyed doing breathwork with her meditations and doing guided journeys whenever possible.

Always seeking to become more healthy, happy and whole and witnessing how breathwork is the fast track to change, she spent the first half of 2023 getting certified as a Transformational Breath Coach and 9D Facilitator. Nikki is very grateful for the opportunity to help others with this powerful modality and excited to help change the world, one breath at a time.
