Come join us for a stress-free creative romp to create your own unique piece of collaged, multi-media art in a fun, judgement-free creation zone!
You will leave this fun, 4-hour hands-on workshop with an original piece of art created by you, an enhanced idea of just how creative you can be when given the right mindset and a space to play, and really nice memories of sharing creative space with a small, mixed group of people. Though all supplies will be provided for you, participants are encouraged to bring one or two small items they might wish to incorporate into their art piece to make the finished product even more special. Have a single remaining earring of a pair, a button from a shirt you no longer wear, something with sentimental value you’d like to stare at within a larger piece of art? By all means do bring it with you and watch your own creation unfold.
Local multi-media artist, speaker, mentor and teacher Micah BlackLight will be facilitating this workshop with his usual unquenchable enthusiasm and genuine desire to co-create wonderfully engaging experiences for participants of all ages. Come join us!
