Krause invites all members of the public and local media to attend her campaign kickoff on January 20th, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Mountain Meadows’ Mt. Ashland Room.
This event welcomes citizens to meet Krause, share their thoughts on important community issues. Dessert and light refreshments will be served and Ashland’s beloved cellist, Daniel Sperry, will perform. No RSVP is required; everyone is encouraged to attend.

Ashland will open two severe weather shelters from Thursday, Jan. 15, through Sunday, Jan. 18, as cold temperatures are forecast. The facilities are located at 2200 and 2350 Ashland St., and open daily at 5 p.m.
