Empty Bowls fundraiser

Empty Bowls is a community event that raises funds to help feed the hungry in our area.

Proceeds from the 2023 fundraiser will be shared among Peace House’s Uncle Foods Diner, Food Angels, and the local Jobs with Justice free meals program. Attendees of this joyful celebration of Ashland’s caring spirit will choose a bowl made by local potters and have it filled with soups donated by local restaurants.

The soups are served by people prominent in Ashland. Among them this year will be City Council member Gina Duquenne, Oregon Shakespeare Festival Artistic Director Tim Bond, and Ashland.news Executive Editor Bert Etling. There will also be donated bread and homemade cookies.

Cost is $25, students $15, and under 12 free. Tickets may be purchased on-line HERE or at the door.
