The Southern Oregon Alliance of Braver Angels will hold a free “Families and Politics” workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, in Wesley Hall of Ashland First United Methodist Church, 175 N. Main St., Ashland.
The workshop is designed to ease holiday stress by helping family members with differing political views bridge the “red – blue divide” by handling differences constructively. Skills covered include active listening and avoiding stereotypes.
For information call or email Bruce Borgerson, 541-488-5542 or [email protected]. Braver Angels is a national organization dedicated to countering our hyper-polarized politics; it does not endorse any candidates or take any positions on political issues.
