Fence Pull on the Green Springs Mountain Loop Trail

Join Friends of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and the  U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s Medford District for a day of service in the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument! Volunteers will remove unneeded fencing along the Green Springs Mountain Loop Trail, reopening an important wildlife corridor.

We will meet at Rite Aid in Ashland at 8 a.m. and carpool up to the trailhead. We will work for several hours and be back to Ashland no later than 3 p.m. Please bring your lunch and water, and wear long pants, long sleeves, and close-toed shoes to protect you from tree branches, shrubs, and barbed wire. Snacks, drinks, safety equipment, and tools will be provided.
