FREE Family Day at the Schneider Museum of Art

The Schneider Museum of Art is excited to announce the return of FREE Family Day! Come to the museum for this fun event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18. Participate in hands-on art activities inspired by the works on view.

ACTIVITIES

Come enjoy hands-on art activities inspired by Jason Stopa and Ivan Carmona’s dynamic use of color and Courtney Puckett’s playful textural sculptures. Stop at the front desk and pick up the Scavenger Hunt of the works on view.

TOUR

We will have family-friendly tours departing at 11 a.m. and noon from the Entry Gallery.

Free parking is available in designated lots.

Level Up: Airing differences, bridging gaps

Ashland councilors Gina DuQuenne and Dylan Bloom on Wednesday gave Southern Oregon University students a lesson in how to express mutual admiration even while disagreeing.
