Bowtie quilt blocks, with embroidered names of friends and family, remind of a move from Nebraska to Arkansas in 1935. Who were they and why did their daughter initiate this quilt at the age of 14?
Barbara Grimes will share the story of this quilt and the people named on it. Due to its fragile condition, this quilt will only be available for viewing during the program.

A wealth of tips to help protect Ashland homes and yards from wildfire risk was the hot topic during the latest Better Prepared Wildfire Series installment on Wednesday.
