SOU’s Hannon Library has served the University and the community for nearly a century.
The Friends of Hannon Library, established in 1974 by a group of SOU librarians, faculty members, and interested citizens, has worked since then to enrich the library’s collections and support library activities.
On May 9, all are invited to celebrate the Friends of Hannon Library’s 50 years of service in the library’s Meese Room, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Those interested in attending can register for the event by May 3, at https://hanlib.sou.edu/friends/lectureseries.html.
