Guided Meditation

This class will involve discussion and practice of mindfulness and meditation techniques, as well as an exploration of Buddhist ideas and principles, followed by a Q&A session.

We will gather in the main Tashi Choling temple. Newcomers are welcome to this introductory class. Led by our resident teacher Lama Chonam, or a student mentor. Please join us for snacks afterwards. We hope to see you there!

Up and away: Mt. Ashland’s new Lithia Chair opens Saturday

Mt. Ashland Ski Area’s first new chairlift in more than three decades will open this weekend.
