A winter storm warning will be in effect from 10 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, to 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, for mid- to higher elevation parts of Jackson County according to a news release from the National Weather Service issued Sunday morning, Sunday, Feb. 15.
