Line dancing for older adults

Get active through dance! Line Dance is a choreographed dance in which participants line up in rows and follow a repeated sequence of steps to music. It is a great way to keep your brain on its toes!

Line dancing enhances balance, provides fitness and strength and improves mental acuity through complex movement.  No partner is required.  Pre-registration required: ashland.or.us/register or 541-488-5342.
