Join Life Coach, Retreat Leader and Author Jenny Gwinn McGlothern in our store, Monday April 29th, 7 – 8 pm, as she shares highlights from her book, Mama Needs a Refill: Finding Light in the Midst of Madness.

This book is designed for those who don’t have a lot of time to read but are seeking practical, accessible tools to put themselves first while caring for others. McGlothern will share tips, inspiration, tools and ideas that help anyone who is ready to practice meaningful soul care in an overwhelmed, overscheduled world.

Level Up: Airing differences, bridging gaps

Ashland councilors Gina DuQuenne and Dylan Bloom on Wednesday gave Southern Oregon University students a lesson in how to express mutual admiration even while disagreeing. The councilors met with 15 students at Britt Hall to discuss voting, Ashland-centered topics and how to bridge the communication gap between the SOU campus and Ashland.
