Never Board Wooden Cutting Boards (2 part series)

Looking for something to do? Come make a personalized cutting board with Talent Maker City! In this 2-Part series, you will mill/refine wood, design, glue-up, plane, shape, and sand your own board. Keep it for yourself or give it as a one-of-a-kind gift!

You will come away with your handmade cutting board, a shop-made wax & oil conditioner to extend its life, lots of knowledge, and a great experience.

We will get familiar with the jointer, pipe clamps, scrapers, planer, cross-cut sled on the table saw, router table, palm sanders, and optional drill press & band saw.

* For Adults ages 18+

Talent Maker City is a nonprofit makerspace with a mission to build a more connected, prosperous, and resilient community through hands-on creativity and innovative STEAM-based learning. (STEAM = Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, + Math).
