Opening Reception – Fall Exhibition

Come to the Schneider Museum of Art from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, for the opening of the new exhibition featuring contemporary abstract art, entitled, “Intuitive Nature: Geometric Roots & Organic Foundations,” curated by SMA Executive Director Scott Malbaurn.

This exhibition will feature work by artists Iván Carmona, Heather Day, Anna Fidler, Andrew Kleindolph, Courtney Puckett, Mark Sengbusch, Jason Stopa, and Jan van der Ploeg. New Masterworks on Loan and Highlights of the Permanent Collection will be on view in the Entry Gallery. Exhibiting Artists will be in attendance!

Wine will generously be hosted by Roxy Ann Winery. There will be free music in the courtyard by Southern Oregon University Alumni Emily Turner and Skyler Squglio of Free Creatures.

There will be free event parking in designated lots.

The exhibition will be on view through December 9, 2023.
