Opening Reception – Summer Exhibition

Join us from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, for the opening of our summer exhibition, PACING: Photographs by Dru Donovan, Melanie Flood, and Tarrah Krajnak.

Complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served, and the artists and curator will be in attendance. The exhibition will be on view through August 10, 2024. New Masterworks on Loan and Highlights of the Permanent Collection will be on view in the Entry Gallery.

About the Exhibition:

The act of pacing involves moving forward in a measured, rhythmic manner, where each step is taken in consideration of the one before it. “PACING” explores this duality of ease and tension through the lens-based works of three midcareer, female-identifying photographers: Dru Donovan, Melanie Flood, and Tarrah Krajnak. Each artist employs performative methods to document their bodies and those of others, reflecting on their relationships to social histories, expectations, and structures.

Review: ‘Witch’ an unsettling story

Review: “Witch,” isn’t exactly a Halloween piece per se, but it is unsettling. And if you like stories that are distinctive, disturbing yet thought-provoking, this might be for you. This is a play where no one is as they seem; where our motives and desires can give rise to good or evil.
