“Other World/s” at the Schneider Museum of Art

Join the Schneider Museum of Art (SMA) for the exhibition “Other World/s”, a captivating group exhibition curated by SMA Executive Director Scott Malbaurn, featuring the visionary works of Heather Lee Birdsong, Ben Buswell, Alex Ito, and Stacy Jo Scott.

The exhibition delves into the concept of alternate and parallel universes, drawing inspiration from science fiction and the shifting realities of our time. The exhibition will be on view through March 15, 2025. Museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is always free, but a $5 donation is suggested. Women’s basketball: SOU wins handily in first round of national tournament

For the fourth year in a row, the Southern Oregon women’s basketball team is through to the second round of the NAIA National Tournament. In Friday night’s 86-52 first-round win over UC Merced at Lithia Motors Pavilion, the Raiders made it look routine.
