Situational awareness, nervous system regulation & self defense for all body types

All identifying women and girls ages 11 and up are invited to an upcoming self defense and situational awareness class, held 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 or Saturday, Oct. 28, at a “central Ashland location,” according to a news release. Directions will be given after registering.

Attendees 11 to 17 years must be accompanied by an adult. Two active duties police officers and a nervous system regulation specialist will facilitate this training, with an emphasis on prevention.
