Nervous system regulation is essential for everyone, not only to manage stress and restore balance, but to achieve greater resilience and presence in our daily lives. In this talk, Sophia shares how understanding and self-regulating the nervous system through easy somatic techniques can enhance emotional, mental, and physical health.

The talk is followed by a somatic nervous-system regulation practice, sharing techniques to flush stress out of the system, reset, and come into greater balance.

Sophia Blanton is a certified Neurofit Somatic Nervous System Regulation Coach. With her years of experience in embodiment practices and current deep dive into neurological fitness, Sophia understands how deeply our nervous systems shape our overall wellbeing, and she is excited to share this empowering knowledge. Planning Commission approves Scenic Drive subdivision, delays Ashland Street commercial buildings

A proposal to create four residential lots on Scenic Drive above Lithia Park won approval from the Ashland Planning Commission this week, despite challenges posed by steep slopes and protected trees.
