Southern Oregon Safety & Health Conference

A three-day event on workplace safety and health will be held Tuesday, Oct. 17, through Thursday, Oct. 19, at the Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites, 2525 Ashland St., Ashland, according to news release.

The Southern Oregon Occupational Safety & Health Conference will offer professional development workshops, certification for traffic control flaggers in work zones, first aid, and other emergency training. The conference will also have special sessions for those working in construction, health care, and human resources industries.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Southern Oregon Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals will put on the event.
