The Together for Talent Committee will hold a recycling event from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at Talent City Hall, 110 E. Main St., Talent.

The Recycle Round-up is free and open to the public. It will feature a range of vendors who specialize in recycling household appliances, computers, batteries, metals, clothing, and various electronic waste. Plastics will not be accepted.

Goodwill, Schnitzer Steel, Afterbits, Recology, Get-n-Gear, and Habitat for Humanity will be among those in attendance. For more information or to become a vendor, email togetherfortalent@cityoftalent.org. Anyone wanting to volunteer at the event should email hflores@cityoftalent.org.
