Nicole Ananda is a Certified Life Coach, 500-ERYT Yoga Teacher Trainer, Breathwork Trainer, Reiki Master Trainer, Sound Healer, Author, Podcaster, and Mother. After earning her BSBA in Marketing from Georgetown University, she transitioned from her corporate career to open her healing arts business in 2009, following her certification as a Yoga Teacher. Over the past 20 years, Nicole has worked with thousands of clients, delivering amazing, proven results through an integrative and holistic approach to total transformation.

Nicole’s mission is to empower individuals to uncover and transform limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and behaviors that hinder them from embracing a life filled with passion, power, and purpose. Her holistic methodology harmonizes Eastern and Western philosophies, creating transformative experiences that integrate the mind, body, and spirit. This approach helps dissolve persistent patterns, facilitating profound personal growth.

Oregon permanent standard time bill survives after Senate splits

An effort to switch Oregon to permanent standard time will live to see another day after hitting a temporary roadblock on Tuesday when the state Senate split evenly on the bill. Supporters agreed to amend the bill to add a trigger clause clarifying that Oregon would only ditch daylight saving time if and when Washington and California do the same.
