The Hamazons present “Heart & Hilarity” – a completely improvised performance in the style of Jane Austen

The Hamazons will spontaneously perform an unscripted tale inspired by such stories as “Pride & Prejudice” and “Sense & Sensibility.” Allow yourself to fall into a world of proper society, good manners, secret passions, honest chivalry, flirtatious fun, and long strolls in the gardens after tea.

The Hamazons are thrilled to present this delightful genre filled with wit and romance, heart and laughter. The stories they act out have never been seen before and will never be seen again, making each performance a unique experience. The Hamazons, also known as “The Warrior Princesses of Improv,” feature Cil Stengel, Eve Smyth, and Kyndra Laughery.

Tickets are $15 online at www.hamazons.com, $18 at the door (advance tickets are recommended.)

Review: RTC’s ‘Doubt’ is surely thought-provoking

Brilliantly acted and staged at the intimate Richard L. Hay Center at the Grizzly Peak Winery, Rogue Theater Company’s production of “Doubt,” as director John Sipes writes of the play, “serves as a cautionary tale, reminding us to be wary of the narrowness of moral certainty and encouraging us to embrace the ambiguity and uncertainty we so often face.”
