Thomas A. Dodson to read from “No Use Pretending”

Writer and librarian Thomas A. Dodson will read from his short story collection, “No Use Pretending,” at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at Southern Oregon University’s Hannon Library, in the Meese Room, No. 305.

Dodson’s work has appeared in The Missouri Review, Gulf Coast, The Cincinnati Review, and elsewhere, and “No Use Pretending” was selected by Gish Jen for the Iowa Short Fiction Prize. The event is free and open to the public. A Zoom link will also be available on the Friends website (https://hanlib.sou.edu/friends/lectureseries.html)
