Tonglen Sunday Meditation & Teaching with Lama Yeshe

Join Lama Yeshe for a guided Tonglen Meditation followed by a tea break and teaching. One Sunday each month, from 9:00 to 11:30 am.

The guided Tonglen meditation begins with consideration and transformation of our own sufferings, and moves us outward to encompass the reality of others’ situation.

Women’s basketball: SOU wins handily in first round of national tournament

In Friday night’s 86-52 first-round win over UC Merced at Lithia Motors Pavilion, the Raiders made it look routine.
