Application deadline coming up Friday, June 14

By Morgan Rothborne, Ashland.news

There are only two weeks left for families to apply for a Habitat for Humanity project in Ashland.

Qualified and selected families will move through the process for the program and eventually receive a two-story, three bedroom, zero-lot-line home on Williamson Way with a Habitat for Humanity mortgage. The program has minimum and maximum income requirements corresponding to family size, such as a family of four would need to have an income between $35,120 and $70,250 to qualify.

Applications are due by June 14 and available now on Habitat for Humanity’s website.  Paper copies are also available in the Habitat for Humanity Restore at 2233 S Pacific Hwy, Medford. Guidelines to qualify are also available on the website in English and Spanish.

Questions can be sent to Habitat for Humanity’s programs and operations director Brandon Thoms at [email protected]. Thoms can also be reached by phone at 541-779-1983.
