Please tell the dog owners to take their dog(s) to the dog park!
Of course the deer will protect their young from a dog.
Dogs are predators.
Keep the dog on a short leash and take it to the dog park, period.
People need to quit blaming the deer for protecting their young. Any good parent would do the same thing.
