Letter: Feeling good about Ashland Food Project

April 23, 2024

There was plenty to smile about during Ashland Food Project’s April 13 green bag pickup drive, thanks to the cheerful, willing dedication of our neighborhood coordinators, who collected and delivered over 31,500 pounds of nonperishable food for the Ashland Community Food Bank in the course of three hours!

We are also grateful to the business sponsors of our April event, Rave Orthodontics and White Dental Studio.

And of course the greatest reason for our grins and gratitude is the thousands of generous households in our supportive community who fill those iconic green bags every other month or contribute financially to support Ashland Food Project’s mission of Building Community, Sharing Food.

Becoming an AFP green bag donor is guaranteed to put a feel-good smile on your face, and on those of our neighbors in need. We are always looking for new members. To learn more about our program and join our efforts, please visit ashlandfoodproject.com
