Letter: ‘Re-elect Jeff Golden’

October 6, 2022

Some 30 years ago, around Christmas, a man telephoned ACCESS Food Share.  He wanted to donate money for the local needy in the names of his children.

That man was Jeff Golden. That is the kind of person he is.  His caring for the “everyday Oregonian” shows in his work in Salem as Senator. One example is his effort to halt large-scale donations to candidates’ campaigns.

He is a man of integrity, a man of the people.  He knows our valley and the needs within.

Please re-elect Jeff Golden for State Senator.
