Looking for answers: Senior & Disability Services survey underway

Rogue Valley Council of Governments seeking respondents to survey by March 1

The Rogue Valley Council of Governments’ Senior Disability Services and Senior Nutrition Departments is conducting an online survey of older adults and adults with disabilities to collect data for an assessment of area needs, according to a news release. The survey is conducted every four years.

“Your input will assist us in planning for the future needs of older adults and adults with disabilities,” the release said. “We will use the information you provide to prioritize programs, services, and supports in our 2025-2029 area plan.”

The survey, which can be accessed by clicking here, takes about 15 minutes to complete. No identifying information is collected, and responses are confidential. After completing the survey, participants will be asked if they want to be put into a drawing for a $50 VISA gift card.
