Brass band to play at first in-person ceremony in two years

American Legion Post 14 of Ashland, in conjunction with Scout Troops 112 and 8112, will host the annual Memorial Day Observance at Mountain View Cemetery starting at 11 a.m. Monday, May 30. Patriotic music will be provided by the Ashland Brass Band.

Due to COVID-19, organizers have had to defer this long-standing observance for the last two years. All Ashlanders are invited to attend and pay their respects to the servicemen and women who have passed on. Mountain View Cemetery is on Ashland Street at Normal Avenue.
