NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashland Planning Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing at 7:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Council Chambers at 1175 East Main Street on September 27, 2022. The Ashland City Council will hold a hybrid public hearing and First Reading of the Ordinance at 6:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Council Chambers at 1175 East Main Street on November 15, 2022. The public hearings will be regarding proposed land use ordinance amendments to Title 18 Land Use in the Ashland Municipal Code (AMC) related to the amount of residential units allowed in the Commercial (C-1) and Employment (E-1) zones. The proposed amendments include changes to AMC 18.2.130 Dwellings in Non-Residential Zones, 18.2.6.030 Unified Standards for Non-Residential Zones, 18.3.13 Residential Overly Regulations, and 18.6.1 Definitions.
