The City Council Retreat is a planning meeting for the City Council to discuss its work plan priorities/initiatives and corresponding Councilor assignments for the FY 2023-2024 budget year.  The Retreat does not include consideration of City business action items or providing direction to City staff.  The Retreat is open to attendance by the public but will not be televised or recorded for future broadcast.
