Public Notice: Ashland Planning Commission

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashland Planning Commission will hold their annual retreat on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 11:00-4:00 p.m. They will convene at the Community Development & Engineering Services Building at 51 Winburn Way at 11:00 p.m. where the Commission will hold a brief Special Meeting to deliberate and render a decision on the following item:

Approval of Findings for PA-T2-2025-00060, 300 Clay Street.

At the conclusion of this Special Meeting, at 11:15 a.m. the Commission will hear from Ashland Fire Marshal Mark Shay regarding Fire Safety with regards to Land Use and the Community Wildfire Protection Plan, and also from Ashland Emergency Management Coordinator Kelly Burns on the topic of Evacuation Planning.

The Commission will then recess for lunch before conducting site visits, which will consist of the Midtown Urban Lofts development and the Oceanspray Townhomes project. The retreat will adjourn at 4:00 p.m.
