Public Notice: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Article X, Section 2(c) of the Ashland City Charter, the Ashland City Council will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.,in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street, to consider first reading by title only of the following:

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HOURS OF PARKS CLOSURE

ORDINANCE NO. 3228

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.46, PROHIBITED CAMPING

ORDINANCE NO. 3229

AN ORDINANCE TO REMOVE AUTOMABILE PARKING MANDATES

AND AMEND PARKING STANDARDS PER CLIMATE-FRIENDLY &

EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES RULES

ORDINANCE NO. 3230

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PROCUREMENT & CONTRACT PROCESS
