Pursuant to Article X, Section 2(c) of the Ashland City Charter, the Ashland City Council will hold a public hearing on December 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.,in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street, to consider first reading by title only of the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 3226

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HOURS OF PARKS CLOSURE

Council will consider second reading by title only of the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 3227

AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING ALCOHOL USE IN PARKS

OREDINANCE NO. 3228

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROHIBITED CAMPING AND PROHIBITED OCCUPANCY;  AMENDING AMC CHAPTER 10.46.010 THROUGH AMC 10.46.050

ORDINANCE NO. 3229

AN ORDINANCE TO REMOVE AUTOMABILE PARKING MANDATES

AND AMEND PARKING STANDARDS PER CLIMATE-FRIENDLY &

EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES RULES
