Public Notice: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

July 30, 2024

Pursuant to Article X, Section 2(c) of the Ashland City Charter, the Ashland City Council will hold a public hearing on August 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.,in the Council Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street, to consider first reading by title only of the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 3242

An ordinance amending the Customer Accounting Policies of the Utility Systems of the Ashland Municipal Code Chapter 14.02.

Council will also consider:

Public Hearing on Legislative Planning Action PA-T2- 2024-0048 – A request for a Mapping Error Correction concerning the City of Ashland Urban Growth Boundary concerning the  properties at 375 E. Nevada Street and 475 E. Nevada Street.
