Public Notice: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

September 9, 2024

Pursuant to Article X, Section 2(c) of the Ashland City Charter, the Ashland City Council will hold a public hearing on September 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.,in the Council Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street, to consider first reading by title only of the following:

ORDINANCE 3244

An Ordinance Amending AMC 2.10 to Establish Uniform Policies and Operating Procedures for City Council & Management Advisory Committees

ORDINANCE 3246

An Ordinance Annexing Property and Withdrawing An Annexed Area from Jackson County Fire District No. 5 (East Main Park – Planning Action #PA-T3—2024-00009)

Council will also consider the second reading by title only of the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 3242

An ordinance amending the Customer Accounting Policies of the Utility Systems of the Ashland Municipal Code Chapter 14.02.

ORDINANCE NO. 3243

An Ordinance amending AMC Chapter 9.08.170.D.6 and 9.08.170.D.11 Unnecessary Noise to Accommodate Working Conditions in Extreme Heat From June Through September In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the City Manager’s office at (541) 488-6002 (TTY phone number 1-800-735-2900).
