Public Notice: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

October 27, 2023

Pursuant to Article X, Section 2(c) of the Ashland City Charter, the Ashland City Council will
hold a public hearing on November 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council
Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street, to consider first reading by title only of the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 3226

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HOURS OF PARKS CLOSURE

ORDINANCE NO. 3227

AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING ALCOHOL USE IN PARKS

Council will also consider Resolution 2023-26, BN 23-25 Budget Supplemental –
Contingency Transfer for Replacement of City Network Switches

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in

735-2900). Notification 72 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable
