Notice is hereby given that on December 10, 2024, the Ashland Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. at the Ashland Civic Center, 1175 East Main Street for the following item:

SUBJECT PROPERTY:    Tax lot 8600 of assessor’ map 39-1E-04-AD

APPLICANT:                         Taylored Elements Construction

DESCRIPTION:                    A request for outline plan approval for a 15-lot Performance Standards Option (PSO) subdivision, and a request for residential Site Design Review approval. The application also includes a request for a variance to driveway width. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: North Mountain Plan; ZONING: NM-MF; MAP: 39-1E-04-AD; TAX LOT: 8600, 4700, 7800

The public hearing will be televised on local channel 9 or channels 180 and 181 for Charter Communications customers or will also be available live stream by going to rvtv.sou.edu  and selecting RVTV Prime. Those wishing to submit written comments can do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line “December 10, 2024 Hearing Testimony” by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.  Written testimony received by this deadline will be available for Planning Commissioners to review before the hearing and will be included in the meeting minutes.

Oral testimony will also be taken during the electronic public hearing via Zoom as well.
