SUBJECT PROPERTY: 300 Clay St.

APPLICANT: Rogue Development
DESCRIPTION: A request for annexation and zone change for a 4.8-acre property, along with adjacent Right-of-Way (ROW), for the property located at 300 Clay Street. The application also includes a request for a 25-lot (37 dwelling unit) Outline Plan Approval for a Performance Standards Option (PSO) Subdivision, as well as a limited activities WRPZ permit. The public hearing will be televised on local channel 9 or channels 180 and 181 for Charter Communications customers or will also be available live stream by going to rvtv.sou.edu and selecting RVTV Prime. Written testimony received by this deadline will be available for Planning Commissioners to review before the hearing and will be included in the meeting minutes.
Oral testimony will also be taken during the electronic public hearing via Zoom as well.
