Reader Photos: A rainbow and a palette

Lawrence Nagel of Ashland captured this double-rainbow photo, at right, from Ashland Loop Road in the spring of this year, and a picture of an artist (who didn’t give his name, but did give his permission) in Lithia Park near “Dipper Bridge.

Second peak of northern lights activity expected

‘PACING’ themselves: Schneider features trio of photographers

Schneider Museum of Art’s summer exhibition, “PACING: Photographs by Dru Donovan, Melanie Flood, and Tarrah Krajnak,” features photographs by three contemporary Oregon artists. The show curator says the act of “pacing” involves moving forward in a measured, rhythmic manner, where each step is taken in consideration of the one before it.
