Much of Oregon was affected

Charter Communications, the operating company of the Spectrum brand, said Tuesday that all services for its customers in the Rogue Valley have been restored.
Danielle Dunn, Charter Communications director of communications for states in the Northwest region, said at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday that the local outage is over.
The outage occurred just after 9 p.m. Monday and was expected to be restored by 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to an automated message Spectrum left for customers who were experiencing a problems with service. However, the outages had persisted into Tuesday morning.
