RVML Tuesday Night Lecture Series : Deepening True Self Connection with the Hakomi Method by Marina McDonald

Join our Hakomi House of Ashland Training Team for a fascinating presentation and discussion and discover the power of Refined Hakomi for expanding our capacity to give and receive love and deepen our true self connection.

Marina McDonald is the Director of Hakomi House of Ashland.

Hakomi operates in a new paradigm moving away from the Western psycho-therapeutic model. It is an alchemy of spiritual, scientific, and healing elements. We gather in-person in small groups for an experimental, body-centered experience focusing on the experiencing self, incorporating the following foundational principles of Hakomi:

Mindfulness
Loving Presence
Non-violence
Organicity
Assisted self-discovery
Somatic awareness
Nourishing contact
Providing missing experiences
