Ana Byers Consulting is excited to announce the launch of The Talent Show, a new music festival in Talent, Oregon, from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 28.
More than 16 bands of local and regional musicians will fill outdoor stages throughout downtown Talent along a walkable circuit.
Talent Show event stages will be located outdoors at a number of local businesses. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to hop from spot to spot, and catch at least a couple songs of every participating band. No ticket is required. The 2025 event is completely free to all participants.
A full event map goes live on Wednesday, May 28th, including stages, parking, public bathrooms, open restaurants, food truck locations, and more. Musician applications are open until June 16, 2025 in order to maximize participation. Professionals, hobbyists, and students are all welcome to apply. Line up announcements for each stage launch on Wednesday, June 18th. All event information is posted to www.thetalentshowmusicfestival.com and to The Talent Show Music Festival Facebook page & @thetalentmusicfestival on Instagram.
“My vision is for The Talent Show Music Festival to grow from this first half-day event to a mult-day experience over the next 3 years, with the entire downtown of Talent filled with a celebration of music for a full weekend,” said Ana Byers, founder of the event via her company – Ana Byers Consulting. “It is very important to me to keep free music in public spaces and that will always be a huge part of the Talent Show experience. In the future, I do intend to add in ticketed concerts as well, in order to help keep the event sustainable for artists, but free access to music will always be a priority.”
A 2022 pilot version of this event drew over 1,000 people. Biking or taking RVTD is encouraged for those wanting to skip parking. Old Town Park & Commons Park (playground) are within a block of the event footprint, making picnics an easy and fun addition to the experience for the whole family.
